Terms and Conditions
When the recipient is not present at time of delivery::When the recipient is not present at time of delivery, flowers shall be left in a safe, shaded spot at the discretion of Lily Pad and a note will be left in the letter box or on the front door informing of the delivery. If it appears unsafe to leave the flowers they will be taken back to Lily Pad and we will contact you for further arrangements.Please note: if a second delivery is required, further charges will apply.
Changing an Order:
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you wish to change an order. Changes may not be possible if they are made within 24 hours of despatch.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Please give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of an order to receive a full refund. No refund will be granted if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of despatch.
Currency:
Lily Pad?s prices are all displayed in Australian dollars.
Delivery Time:
You may request a morning or afternoon delivery. To request a more restricted time for delivery may result in an additional cost. If this is required we recommend you phone or email us with these details so we can make suitable arrangements and work out the additional cost.
Delivery Suburbs:
Lily Pad will deliver to the suburbs listed below. Locations outside of this list will likely be allocated to a reputable florist on the Inter-Flora or Petals network.

Lily Pad Floral Design values providing the most freshest and premium flowers available, Although flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to their surrounding. Unfortunately once we dispatch our flowers a number of conditions may result in their longevity being reduced.
To prolong the longevity of your flowers, Lily Pad Floral Design strongly recommends cutting the stems off at the base on an angle and changing the water in the vase daily. Air conditioning, Hot temperatures or changes in climate may also have effect on the flowers. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult to assure the flower quality in every case, although Lily Pad Floral Design will evaluate each order on request.
